I'm cis so I'll never completely understand the situation you're in, so don't take what I'm saying as me saying what to do It seems like it might be hard to get your hopes up for something, possibly, and get to that, and find out it's all fucked up. Like it would hurt pretty bad. So bringing it up early would also be an option. You don't even have to mention having a dick, you know, just "hey I'm trans, you have to be cool about that if we're going to hang out," you know?
